Assessment Types
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Testing
Measures inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity and executive functioning through behavior observations, teacher/parent reports, cognitive testing, and academic testing.
Cognitive Testing
Measures an individual’s intellectual abilities and how he/she solves problems and processes information.
Educational Testing
Compares the individual’s academic functioning to same-aged peers and primarily focuses on reading, writing, and math. This includes evaluating strengths and weaknesses to rule-out the possibility of reading, memory, or attention issues, including learning disabilities.
What You Can Expect
The assessment is broken down into 3 sessions, including...
Session #1: The clinical interview, in order to go over symptoms and background information.
Session #2: 2-3 hours of psychological testing.
Session #3: We will then meet with you to go over the results of testing, provide you with recommendations for intervention, and answer any questions you may have.
Fees
We accept most public and private insurance plans. We also offer pricing for cash-paying clients.
Psychological Testing
We provide psychological testing for clients of all ages.
Often the symptoms of a psychological disorder are obvious, such as when a client experiences academic and social problems at school, or when the client struggles to maintain personal and professional relationships due to anger issues, but the cause of the problem is not always clear.
Psychological testing and evaluation consist of a series of tests that help determine the cause of psychological symptoms and disorders, to determine the correct diagnosis and follow up with the appropriate course of treatment.
