KaraLee and Associates outsources all insurance billing to a local billing agency called Health Care Connect. Clients co-pays are collected at the time of service and if that is not possible monthly statements are mailed out. If you have questions regarding what your insurance company covers we recommend contacting them before coming in. Most insurance companies will tell you your co-pay amount, number of sessions you are allowed and some will give you an authorization number to give to your therapist.
As always KaraLee welcomes all clients as we are willing to work with your budget to ensure you get the very best in mental health care. If you have lost your insurance or are not able to pay our full rate please contact us via our contact page to negotiate a reasonable fee.
Please also be aware that KaraLee charges a standard $60 fee for all missed appointments. If you need to miss an appointment please contact the office staff or your therapist 24 hours before the appointment.
